What is QDM?

QDM is a job discovery app that uses AI to match you with job opportunities based on your profile and experience. You can browse recommended jobs, apply with a tap, and track your application status — all in one place.

How do I create my profile?

After signing up with your phone number, you can upload your CV (PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB). QDM will automatically extract your skills, education, and work experience to build your profile. You can then review and update any details manually.

What file formats are supported for CV upload?

QDM supports PDF and DOCX files up to 5 MB in size.

How does job matching work?

QDM's AI analyzes your profile — including your skills, experience, and job preferences — and surfaces the most relevant opportunities for you. The more complete your profile, the better your matches will be.

How many jobs can I apply to?

You can apply to up to 5 jobs per day.

Can I apply to a job I already swiped past?

If you skip a job card, you can find it again through the job listings or search. Swiping is a discovery tool, not a permanent decision.

Does QDM guarantee I will get hired?

No. QDM helps you discover and apply to relevant jobs efficiently, but hiring decisions are made entirely by the employers. QDM makes no guarantees about employment outcomes.

What languages does QDM support?

QDM is available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left (RTL) support for Arabic users.

How does QDM use my personal data?

Your profile information and CV are used solely to match you with relevant job opportunities and to send your applications to employers. QDM does not sell your personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why does QDM need access to my photos or files?

QDM requests access to your photo library or files only when you choose to upload a CV or supporting document. This permission is used exclusively for that purpose.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from within the app under your Profile settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and application history.
