Refund, Replacement & Upgrade Policy

This policy forms an integral part of the QDM platform's Terms and Conditions of Use, and is intended to govern refund, replacement, and upgrade processes for the electronic services provided, in accordance with the regulations and rules in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Definition of the Service
- QDM provides electronic (digital) services that are activated online. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that these services are intangible.
- They are consumed immediately upon activation or use, and cannot be refunded once activated.
2. Acknowledgment & Consent
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Having fully reviewed the description and content of the service before purchase.
- Understanding the nature of the electronic service.
- Accepting the no-refund-after-activation policy.
- Taking responsibility for the purchase decision.
3. Refund Before Activation
The customer may request a refund of the amount paid before activating the service, subject to the following conditions:
- Submitting the request within no more than two (2) days from the date of purchase.
- The service has not been activated or used in any way.
- Providing proof of purchase.
QDM reserves the right to accept or reject the refund request after verifying the request status, and to deduct any operational or administrative fees if applicable.
4. Refund After Activation
- The customer is not entitled to request a refund of any amounts after the service has been activated or used.
- Logging into the account or using any part of the service is considered actual activation of the service.
- This condition is final and binding on all users without exception.
5. Replacement
- Replacement is not provided for electronic services once they have been activated.
- In the event of a verified technical fault or an issue caused by QDM, the service provider undertakes to fix the issue within a reasonable period, re-provide the service, or offer appropriate compensation as determined by the platform's management.
6. Upgrade
- The customer is entitled to upgrade their subscription to a higher plan at any time during the subscription period.
- Only the difference in price between the current plan and the new plan is charged.
- The customer is not entitled to claim a refund for any portion of the current subscription value.
- Upgrades are applied according to QDM's approved system — either immediately or with a recalculation of the period if the subscriber wishes to upgrade.
7. Misuse & Fraud
QDM reserves the right to refuse any refund request or to suspend the account if misuse of the service is suspected, for example:
- Attempting to circumvent the policies.
- Providing inaccurate information.
- Repeating refund requests without justification.
Along with taking the necessary legal actions to protect the platform's rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. Limits of Liability
QDM accepts no liability for:
- A poor choice of service by the customer.
- The service not matching the customer's expectations.
- Any indirect losses resulting from use of the service.
QDM's liability is in all cases limited to the value of the paid subscription only.
9. Policy Changes
- QDM reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice; the updated version will be published on the website.
- Continued use of the service after an update constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities inside the Kingdom shall be the reference in the event of any dispute.
